Walt brings over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in Fortune-500 companies growing multi-$B portfolios, as well as creating start-up value. His successful track record includes leading engineering, product management, marketing, and systems development.

Prior to joining Cancun, Walt was Vice President at NetApp, leading the company’s Converged and Hyper Converged Infrastructure portfolio.  Prior to NetApp, he held a number of executive roles at Cisco Systems, including Vice President of System Development Unit, responsible for Enterprise and Service Provider systems, and Vice President of Marketing for Cisco’s modular switching portfolio. Walt also served at Vice President of Marketing for Ascendent Systems (acquired by RIM), and for Nishan Systems (acquired by McData).  

He is a graduate of the University of Florida where he degreed in electrical engineering.

Kumar leads Engineering, Technology, and Operations for the Memory Lake product line. His expertise in Systems Design, Architecture, Software Development, and People Management has helped the company launch products at a rapid pace for customer deployments.
As experienced entrepreneur and technologist Kumar was the Head of Engineering for the Content & Media BU and later on in CTO office, in Juniper Networks, responsible for Caching, Content Aware Networking, SDN/NFV,and Storage offerings. He came to Juniper through the acquisition of Ankeena Networks, where he was co-founder and V.P Engineering. Prior to Ankeena he worked as engineering leader in Application Delivery BU in Cisco Systems Inc. responsible for L4-7 Security & Application Networking, Storage, and Data Center Virtualization.
Kumar is a graduate of Indian Institute of Science and University of Madras.

Sanjib is co-founder and Vice President of Products & Marketing at Cancun. His 20+ years experience in enterprise and cloud computing includes stints at Cisco, Extreme Networks, and Brocade.

Most recently, he led the strategy and execution of Brocade’s product portfolio for next generation data center switches, with focus on clouds, fabrics and SDN/NFV. He led Brocade’s Fabric Technology from concept to industry leadership position, recognized as a top-3 vendor in Gartner Magic quadrant for datacenter infrastructure providers in 2013. Sanjib ran product management at Extreme Networks where he also served as the business lead for the company’s datacenter strategy. At Cisco, he was product management/marketing lead for the data center segment for Cisco’s Catalyst 6500, a $4B+ product line.

Sanjib received Advanced Management Certification in Strategy & Execution from Stanford University, MBA from Keller School of Management and BS (Electronics & Telecom) from National Institute of Technology, India.
